Visit

Bench notes at Rintedoorp Studio stay with your job ticket so returning Melbourne clients do not re-explain scope from scratch.

Coffee is available but baking leads: rye loaves, brioche knots, seasonal fruit tarts when market fruit arrives. We do not claim gluten-free certification unless a batch is baked on separate trays with documented cleaning.

Wholesale inquiries from cafés are answered case by case; we refuse orders that would push fermentation below our minimum rest times. Custom celebration cakes need two weeks notice and a tasting appointment.

Walk-ins are welcome until sell-out — often by early afternoon on Saturdays. Pre-orders hold loaves behind the counter with your name on paper, not an app.

English service at the counter; prices include local tax. Bring a bag for larger orders — we charge a small fee for paper only when you need extra carriers.

Evening bakes are limited to Fridays when the queue allows; check the door chalkboard or email before assuming late pickup.

Offcuts go to a neighbourhood food programme when quantities allow — practical, not branded charity language.

Our bakery desk explains service timing before tools leave the shelf and returning-client notes stay attached to your ticket. No app-only queues for this bench Desk near 50 Johnston Street.

Returning visitors can skip the full bakery intake when notes are on file without silent add-ons — changes need a written OK. We keep bakery notes separate from unrelated service tracks.
